We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Branch Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all branch operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision
• Then come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels in order to achieve the branch's financial targets
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives
• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Preferably, candidate who reside in Lekki.
