Business Development Manager

Sales personnel must have experience in large-scale solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone sales in West Africa. Those with more than 3 years of team leadership experience and excellent sales performance will be given priority. Those who can travel frequently and have sales channel resources will be given priority.

 

* Salary* Approximately 800,000 Naira (including basic salary + allowance + commission)

 

Those without industry experience and management team experience will not be hired, and those without industry resources will not be disturbed.

 

No accommodation or meals are provided, and there is no gender requirement.

 

Promotion mechanism and standards


Promotion path: BD→BDM→NSM→senior management position.
