We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying, developing, exploring and expanding income generation opportunities.
• Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new ones.
• Proactively manage Client/outsourced staff relationships in the most efficient and effective way.
• Develop & nurture a network in the assigned region, which will be of potential financial value to the organization.
• Coordinating the Operational Desk of the Region which includes On-boarding, Documentation and Uploading of new staff information.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• M.Sc / MBA / Postgraduate Degrees
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales and Operations in a similar industry or closely related with an understanding of Sales, Administrative and Operational processes.
