Come Homes and Properties Limited is a Real Estate company that was incorporated in June, 2017. We are into sales of landed properties, building of houses, etc. The company has various offices located in Ikeja, Ikota Shopping Complex VGC, Ikotun, Apapa, ASPAMDA Trade Fair, D.M.G.S. Roundabout Onitsha Anambra state, Wetheral Road Owerri Imo state, Garden/Okpara Avenue, Enugu and the head office is located at 17 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere, Lagos.

Job Locations: Surulere, Eleko, Victoria Island, Ikota Complex, Ajegunle, Aspamda, Ikotun, Ikorodu, Iyana Shasi, Abule Egbe & Ikeja - Lagos.

Job Description

• We’re seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional for the role of a Business Development Officer with our Organization’s branches.
• This position is based in Lagos: Surulere, Eleko, Victoria Island, Ikota Complex, Ajegunle, Aspamda, Ikotun, Ikorodu, Iyana Shasi, Abule Egbe & Ikeja.

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

• NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration / Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or any other relevant course.
• Minimum of 2-4 years related experience in a similar role.
• Excellent negotiation & persuasive skills.
• Good communication, listening, writing & interpersonal skills.
• Time management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Work experience in Real Estate/Insurance service firm highly essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting, identifying and developing business for new clients.
• Develop and maintain clients relationship.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop business strategies.
• Build clients base and follow up with the clients in order to close business deals.
• Develop business prospects for new and existing customers.
