Job Description

• Adron Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate offerings, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, provide product knowledge, and guide them in purchasing properties.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Business Development: Explore new markets, identify opportunities, and expand the customer base.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND in any relevant field with 0-2 years experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Goal oriented and self motivated.
