Job Position: Cabin Crew Member

Job Role

• Responsible for upholding the safety and service standards in line with cabin crew NCAA regulations
• Responsible for ensuring cabin safety and security onboard
• Provide optimum comfort and service for passengers with courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness and ready assistance
• Responsible for reporting any incidents, occurrence or observations to the commander, on flights and manage cabin services
• Ensure decorum and code of conduct is maintained by the cabin crew, when in uniform
• Conduct an all-encompassing pre-flight briefing and a post flight de-briefing
• Publicly behaving as an ambassador, representing the best interest of the Airline.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English – additional languages is an advantage
• Excellent health and fitness levels
• Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making
• Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality
• Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team.

Must Have Skills:

• Good to have skills
• Multi-language.
