Job Position: Call Centre Agent

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Agent to join our team in Maryland.
• If you have a passion for customer service and have the skills to handle various customer inquiries, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide information on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Call Centre Agent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N85,000 / month.
