Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• An experienced and well-groomed female is required for this role.
• Must be able to draw up an effective HR plan and implement same.
• Must have minimum of five (5) years core experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a construction environment will be an added advantage.
• Candidates living within Lekki / Ajah axis will be preferred.

Job Position: Marketing / Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 8 years of work experience.
• The ideal candidate for this role must be a goal getter.
• He or she must be smart, outspoken and able to organise and strategize.
• Must be conversant with the real estate and construction market / industry and must be able to prove same with verifiable track records of previous achievements.
• Candidates living within and around Lekki / Ajah will be preferred.

Job Position: Female Client Relationship Officer

Requirements

• A young and intelligent female with a First Degree in any of the Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
• Must have a minimum of three years experience working in a similar role.
• A tangible idea about the real estate and construction industry will be an added advantage.
