Job Position: Cashier

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Job Description

• We're seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our FMCG team. 
• As a Cashier, you'll provide excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of store appearance. 

Your responsibilities will include
Processing Transactions:

• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts and refunds as needed.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and respond to queries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Provide product information and recommendations.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Restock shelves and face products as needed.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualification
• 2 - 4 years of previous experience as a cashier or in a related retail role.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer satisfaction oriented.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
