We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Cashier
Job Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service at the point of sale.
• Accurately handle cash, POS, and mobile money transactions.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and process payments correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash inflows/outflows.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with answering customer queries and directing them appropriately.
• Report discrepancies or suspicious transactions to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND/SSCE/NCE qualification.
• Prior experience as a cashier, teller, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
