Job Position: Civil Engineer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting a qualified and Reliable Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience to occupy the position of Civil Engineer in our Construction Firm.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring high standards of road construction and safety are maintained.
• Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site, concrete drainage construction, culverts, earthworks and asphaltic pavements.
• Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinating with contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
• Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
• Computer-aided design is added advantage (CAD) software and other resources to design the frameworks of infrastructure systems.

Requirements

• Possession of Coren Certification is added advantage.
• The Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in road construction.
