CLIENT RELATIONSHIP/ CRM OPERATIONS LEAD

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer data to improve decision-making
• Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions across the sales pipeline
• Support the sales and marketing teams with customer insights
• Create and manage email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and follow-up sequences
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely responses
• Generate reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with policies.                                  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in CRM management or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
