Job Position: Client Service Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

• A Client Service Officer acts as the primary interface between Eunisell Limited and her customers and visitors, ensuring high-level satisfaction through polite, efficient, and prompt resolution of queries, complaints, and requests.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Attending to walk-in clients, vendors and visitors, telephone inquiries, and digital correspondence in a courteous manner.
• Complaint Resolution: Investigating and resolving client complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management.
• Product Knowledge & Marketing: Proactively educating clients about company products and services to drive sales.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate customer data, processing transactions, generating reports on client/visitors' activity, maintaining front office operations and supporting day-to-day admin tasks.
• Compliance: Ensuring all customer interactions adhere to company policies, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, front desk operations or a related role.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, problem-solving, and computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office etc).

Competencies:

• High integrity, ability to handle pressure, and a customer-first mindset.
• Young and smart female candidates are preferred for the role for gender balance.
