Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited is a fintech company with the goal of being the first point of call for our customers in terms of anything finance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Collection Officer

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Call customers whose loan payment are overdue
• Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.
• Guide customers on various payment procedures.
• Ensure accurate reports on payment.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE Certification.
• Excellent communication skill
• Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must have an android smartphone with atleast 2GB RAM.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
