Job Description

  • Warmly welcome customers and potential clients
  • Accurately note important information and instruction stated by customers
  • Manage transactions with customers using garment booking tickets and cash registers
  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls professionally
  • Attract potential clients by responding to calls and text about company's product and services
  • Resolve customer's complaints and grievances by providing relevant information
  • Sorting of garments
  • Tagging garments

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc
  • 1-2 Years of experience
  • Must have completed NYSC
