Job Position: Customer Sales Representative (Female)
Job Location: Allen Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
• Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times

Requirements

• BSc / HND in communication , Administration or any relatecourse
• 3-4 years of experience as a customer service sales
• Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
• Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
• Must have a good customer care personalty
• Must be able to provide solution to customer complaints
• Must be a good and fast learner
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
• Must be very good in record keeping
• Must be able to work as team, take to corrcetions and implement it effectively
• Must be very good with Microsoft word, Excel
• Must be ready to work with dedication
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
