Also Specialist in Steam & Stainless Materials.

Job Description

• We are looking to recruit Customer Service Officer who will maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, resilientand professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• A Female candidate is preferred for gender balance.
• High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Must reside in Sango Ota and its Environs.

Experience:

• 0-2 Years of working experience.

Salary
N35,000 -  N40,000 monthly.
