Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales goalsand KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales activities, ensuring consistentperformance and customer service standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional store environment thatpromotes high levels Of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase foot traffic and drive conversions.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Manage store inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
