Zandas Beauty and Fragrance International Limited is a comstics, body wash and fragrance manufacturing company located in Ajao estate, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Assistant

Job Location: Ajao Estate, off Int'l Airport, Mafoluku - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Receiving & Processing: Unload, inspect, and log incoming shipments against orders/invoices.
• Organization: Sort, store, and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom or warehouse, using labels/barcodes.
• Stock Management: Restock sales floor, monitor stock levels, and notify managers of low inventory.
• Tracking & Reporting: Update inventory records, conduct counts/audits, and report discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull items for orders, prepare them for delivery, and assist with shipping.
• Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Using inventory management software or spreadsheets (like Excel).
• Managing documentation (receipts, shipping notices).
• Assisting with basic order preparation and packaging.
• Maintaining cleanliness of storage and work areas.
• Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for handling and movement of products.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
