We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of the Department in day-to-day activities of the warehouse
• Involve in the issuing out of finished goods to all customers.
• Issuing out of: Soap Noodles, All perfumes, Extracts – Titanium, Packaging Materials – outer cartons, Paper boards, BOPP film, Coding ink, Gluing.
• Ensuring proper arrangement o raw materials in the warehouse
• Budgeting and payment of weekly loading/off loading expenses.
• Printing and transferring of raw materials and packaging materials used for daily production.
• Involve in quarterly/annual stock taking of raw material stocks.
• Confirming daily output from the production records.
• Ensure an effective inventory management of Spare parts.
• Receive all spare parts and ensure necessary documentation and records.
• Issue out spare parts and ensure proper authorization and record.
• Ensure proper and easy identification of all spare parts in the store.
• Keep and render to Management the inventory reports weekly to ensure adequacy at all time.
• Ensure that all spare parts are in good condition and safe.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 4-6 years of experience.
