Job Description

• Looking for a customer service representative who is going to attract potential customer by answering product and services questions and fulfilling customer need to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Helps in answering complaints and questions
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND, NCE or OND with 0-3 years work experience
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or any relevant position
• Ability to use positive language
• Ability to read customers
• Time management skills
