Job Summary

• We are looking for smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for our client in Lekki phase 1

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve complaints
• Maintain positive relationships with customers
• Record customer interactions and feedback
• Support the team in achieving excellent service delivery

Requirements

• OND / B.Sc Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be confident, organized, and customer-focused
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Salary
N140,000 Monthly.
