Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading kitchen appliance company.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide product information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Meet sales targets and promote additional services
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software like CRM.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
