Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with Customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Identify and assess Customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
• Meet personal/Customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / Month.
