Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Scope of Work

• We are looking for a resourceful and street-smart Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.
• The ideal candidate must be responsive, solution-driven, and confident handling inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups while maintaining brand tone and professionalism, and ability to switch to authentic pidgin when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries (primarily via WhatsApp)
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Follow up on pending orders and unresolved issues
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and recurring issues
• Support management with feedback that can improve service delivery

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Street-smart and confident when handling customers
• Organized and able to provide structured reports
• Experience in retail and customer-facing roles
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Preferably female.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
