Job Position: Customer Service / Sale Representative with Computer Skills

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Description

  • We are currently seeking smart and intelligent individuals with HND/BSC certification who reside within the Yaba, Ojuelegba, Fadeyi or Surulere axis for the Customer Service / Sales Representative position.
  • The ability to work unassisted on a computer is a MUST!
  • This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service, Data entry or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer inquiries
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Entering Invoices and processing orders with the computer
  • Preparing customer ordersfor dispatch and delivery
  • Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.

Qualifications

  • OND / HND / BSc certification
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a really busy retail environment
  • Proficiency with the usage of a computer is necessary
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N50,000 - N65,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
