Focal Point Cleaners Limited is opening its new industrial scale dry cleaning and laundry production factory in Abuja and Kaduna.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Services Officer

Job Locations: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) and Katsina
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance
• Attend to customers professionally
• Receive/makecalls and send messages
• Good communication skilss
• Imput all customers information and details on the system correctly without error
• Entering all online documents as at when due
• Coolecting and analysing customer's feedback
• Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaintin a professional manner
• Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.
• Processing billing
• Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Be the face and image of the company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must have good communications skill both oral and written
• Must be computer literate
• Must be a female
• MMust resideust be detail oriented
• Must be an active listener
• Must reside in Wuse II and environs
• Must be youhg and active
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be patient
• Ability to show empathy
• Must be friendly.
