Paulani is a subsidiary of cartdealsng and is involved in online customer support for clients and sales of different products, olah cosmetics, Olah de corporate woman, olah kiddes, olah herbals and cartdealsng Express, which is the logistics aspect of the organisation. We open daily at 8am - 5pm on weekly days, while on Saturday we open at 10am - 4pm. You can read more about the company on our website www.cartdealsng.org

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• HND or BSc in Mass Communication, English, Linguistics, Communication and Language Art.
• Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in same position.
• This candidate should be graduates.
• Telemarketing skills, ability to sell and cross-sell, good customer service skills.
• Polite and willing to help customers.
• Proper call documentation.
• Must live close to the office location
• Must be good with Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be smart and proactive.
• Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
