Job Position: Recruitment Intern 

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week
Duration: 1 month

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Recruitment Intern to support our hiring processes and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. 
• This role is perfect for graduates eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, HR operations, and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job ads on various platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support documentation and record-keeping of applicants
• Participate in onboarding activities for selected candidates.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage
• Must have a personal laptop for work-related tasks.
