We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Data Engineer (CRM Specialist)

Job Description

• As a Data Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design, build and maintain a database system that will support the needs of a company's CRM analytics and BI projects.
• Your job will require you to work with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the database system is optimized for data collection, storage, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable and robust database architecture that will support the company's CRM analytics needs.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to identify new data sources and opportunities for data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that will allow data to be transferred from various sources into Data Warehouse.
• Design, develop, and maintain the data warehouse and associated ETL processes that support the BI system.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiar with data security and privacy regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are essential.
• Knowledge on SQL, Python, Java, Hive, Spark, Kafka and ETL tools.
• Knowledge in CRM analytics and Power BI is plus.
• Familiar with cloud computing platforms such AWS, Microsoft Azure environment, or Google Cloud platform.
• Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering
• Expertise in database design and development, data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Should possess strong Analytical skills.
