Job Position: Design Architect

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Design Architect with a strong background in interior design and construction to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design concepts for interior design projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine design feasibility
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations
• Work closely with our construction team to ensure seamless execution of designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interior design and architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 3 years in interior design and architecture
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
