Job Position: Digital Marketer and Content Creator
Job Location: Mowe/Shimawa - Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics, and stories) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and

Community Management & Engagement:

• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and encouraging discussions.
• Collaborate with Realtors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Thisjob is a full time (on-site).
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
