Job Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos
Employment type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Mode: Hybrid (currently remote until office setup in mid-November 2025)

Job Description

• You’ll be the creative lead and digital driver, managing campaigns and content that grow our brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Create visuals, flyers, video content and editorials that drive awareness
• Build partnerships with banks, real estate firms, and financing companies to expand brand reach
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive ROI
• Grow community engagement and convert leads into measurable sales

Requirements
What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy
• Strong storytelling, campaign management, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and design tools like Canva or Adobe
• A bias for creativity, innovation, and action
• A passion for sustainability and renewable energy

Remuneration

• Starting Salary: N100,000 gross + call & data allowance
• Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs
• Commission: 5% of revenue generated from social leads (shared with digital marketing & content team)
