Job Summary

• We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our online presence, campaign management, and brand market share.
• The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, content creation, design skills, and pension industry knowledge to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Create engaging and original content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and web platforms.
• Design high-quality marketing materials, such as fliers, banners, infographics, and digital creatives.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives tailored to industry products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance, pension, or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and best practices.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 per month.
