We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Engineer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• Assist with contract document preparation including plans, specifications, and estimates
• Write reports and provide feedback to the Project site engineer
• Attend planning and site meetings when special construction material related matters are discussed
• And other related activities

Requirements

• BSC / HND / OND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a similar position is desired
• Some site supervision experience
• Must have eyes for details
• Must be able to interpret structural drawings
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Proficient in the use of computer software like Microsoft project
• Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Should have a strong technical background with negotiating skills
• Must have hands-on approach and commitment to work,
• Should be able to use software analysis (AUTOCAD, Civil 3d, etc) for design
