We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Estate Surveyor

Job Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• An Experienced Estate Surveyor that has worked in an Estate Firm/Property Firm for 4 years and understands how Valuation, Agency, Property Management And Facility Management can be effectively carried out Profesionally To Give Optimum Client Satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• To Manage Clients Properties
• To Introduce New Clients to the Company
• To Bring in New Management Briefs
• To Value Properties and Prepare Valuation Reports
• To Proffer Creative Ideas on How to Grow the Company
• To Effectively Market the Company.

Requirements

• All applicants must possess a minimum of a Degree / HND from a reputable University or Polytechnic
• An Experienced Estate Surveyor that understands the dynamics of working in an evolving economy with a passion for work, must be praoctive, smart, diligent, inteligent and able to articulate in English effectively.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must have worked in a Real Estate Firm for at least 4 years
• Must be able to carry out Valuation Of Land And Properties Without Supervision
• Must have Marketing / Agency skills
• Must have studied ESTATE MANAGEMENT
• Must be able to Manage Clients Properties Effectively & Efficiently
• Must be ‘it’ compliant and can work on Ms- word
• Must be able to Multitask, Work Under Pressure And Meet Targets.
• Must understand Time management, Team work and company policies.

Salary
N60,000 - N90,000 / month.
