Position Overview


  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical or petroleum engineering, providing valuable insight into our industry's technical aspects

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Technical Assistance: Leverage your background in chemical or petroleum engineering to assist with technical documents, reports, and presentations. Translate technical information into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects within the company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to oil and gas operations, including production metrics, market trends, and regulatory compliance. Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven 1 - 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of oil and gas processes, terminology, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
