Job Position: Executive Assistant (Personal Assistant)
Job Location: Ajah/Ibeju, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistants play a critical role in supporting executives and driving business success. Their expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
- An Executive Assistant (EA) plays a vital role in supporting high-level executives, entrepreneurs, or business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing the executive's schedule, making travel arrangements, and ensuring timely meetings.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handling email, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Task Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Meeting Preparation: Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel, accommodations, and making other arrangements.
- Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 1-7 years experience
- Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
