Job Description


  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Executive Director to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
  • Manage the Executive Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and staff, management, clients, and external partners.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical).
  • Track deadlines, monitor tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Support HR, legal, or financial documentation as required.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Business, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or executive support position.
  • Background in Legal, Human Resources, or Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
