Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Executive Director to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support.
- The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
- Manage the Executive Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and staff, management, clients, and external partners.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Track deadlines, monitor tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
- Support HR, legal, or financial documentation as required.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Business, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or executive support position.
- Background in Legal, Human Resources, or Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
