Job Position: Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description

• Managing production operations: The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervising employees: The supervisor is responsible for managing a team of fabrication workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing training and support.
• Maintaining safety standards: The supervisor must ensure that the fabrication shop adheres to all safety regulations and that employees are working in a safe and secure environment.
• Quality control: The supervisor is responsible for monitoring the quality of the fabrication work, ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Scheduling and planning: The supervisor must develop and maintain a production schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met and that production runs smoothly.
• Equipment maintenance: The supervisor must ensure that the fabrication equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed to keep production running smoothly.
• Budget management: The supervisor may be responsible for managing the budget for the fabrication shop, ensuring that costs are kept under control and that production is profitable.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years of work experience 

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
