Specification

• The core responsibility of the candidate upon entry to our fast paced organization is to make sure all buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work/live in them.
• The candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of all facilities at site.
• The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating cost.
• The goal is to ensure our facilities being managed is problem free and safe so residents can work/live under the best conditions.
• The successful candidate will supervise all site staff and external contractors.
• Ensure security of building by implementing various security measures as well as responding to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in facilities management.
• Excellent leadership/supervisory skill.
• Great organization and coordination ability.
• Team work and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Analytical /Problem solving Skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Effective time management skills
