Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
Oversee the following:

• Building,Maintenance and Repair of furnitures
• Asset Management
• Record Keeping
• Security and Safety
• Vendor and Contractor Management
• Any other related duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience as a Facility Manager with proven track record.
• Knowledge on furnitures and interior decor
• Strong leadership skill and passion for excellence.
• Reside along or close to NTA road Port Harcourt.
