Esowofina Limited is a medium-size firm located in Victoria Island, Lagos State that is into real property.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facilities
• Supervise maintenance staff and service providers
• Manage utility systems, security, and general facility operations
• Handle facility-related emergencies and repairs promptly
• Keep records of maintenance schedules and expenses

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in facility management or a related field.
• Applicants must be able to read and write.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues effectively.
• Experience managing residential estates, corporate offices, or industrial facilities.
