We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Intern
Job Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Record, classify & summarize all financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements & maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports, budgets & tax filings
• Handle payables & receivables
• Handle stock & raw materials inventory
• Manage filings & record-keeping
• Maintain & order office supplies as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting pinciples & financial regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Honest and discreet when handling sensitive information.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work & function in a fast-paced environment.
