Job Summary

• We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Female Accountant to manage our company’s financial records and ensure accurate tracking of all income and expenditure.
• This role involves bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management in making informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping of all farm financial transactions (inflows and outflows).
• Monitor daily expenses, purchases, and sales to ensure accountability.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for farm operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Support procurement and inventory management with financial record-keeping.

Requirements / Education

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Ile Ife
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management (agricultural or SME setting is an advantage).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Integrity, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward financial management.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
