Job Position: Female Hotel Supervisor

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a Female Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and support management in maintaining smooth service delivery.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and experienced in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen teams.
• Handle guest feedback and maintain service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, and daily reports.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in hotel supervision or hospitality management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Must be customer-focused, well-organized, and professional.

Salary
N120,000 (based on experience).
