Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and talented Female Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements and skills
Qualifications:

• BSc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics toolsisaplus.
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
