Job Position: Female Store Manager

Summary

• The clothing store manager’s job will be to oversee all activities in the store. She will oversee production and daily operations in the office. She must understand the market and keep up with latest fashion trends.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for displaying clothing in an appealing and fashionable manner, motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
• In charge of liaising with customers, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
• Organize and manage advertising campaigns, deals and promos in collaboration with the marketing team
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting customers to security.
• Adhere and enforce dress codes for office, maintain store cleanliness and order, oversee maintenance and up-keep of the store, and contact maintenance and other services such as cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A University Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Fashion.
• 5 years of work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A friendly demeanour.
• Proximity to Lekki is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / month.
