Frankedge Properties is a Real Estate Firm with an operational stratum in Property Development and Management, since her registration as a property company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (company and Allied Matters Act 1999) as Amended in 2009, the company has Managed Estates for some of her Clients which are not limited to Lagos state.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Field Marketer
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibiities
Applicant should be able to carry out the following task:

• Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
• Develop robust knowledge of all product lines
• Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
• Promote business expansion opportunitiesthrough successful field marketing programs
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
• Track expenses in an organized fashion
• Report weekly / monthly on the status of field marketing activities
• Document and share lead / customer intelligence with sales team.
