We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Analyst / Commercial Lead

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create investment memos, proposals, presentations, teasers, and other documents needed for investors and lenders
• Lead capital budgeting, expenditure, and planning processes
• Provide financial and commercial advice to management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis
• Create financial models to raise funds/investment and support valuation, planning, and forecasting; Scout and prospect for investors
• Support the company in all aspects of commercial decision-making, commercial aspects of contracts, financial control, and aid in contractual negotiations and discussions
• Create financial dashboards, monitor project commercial performance, and submit financial reports
• Generate and run preliminary financial models for commercial justification on capital projects
• Work with multiple departments to ensure that deliverables satisfy business requirements
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, SOPs, and dashboards
• Identify problems within our business (including through using business analysis) and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
